Experience a Guided sauna ceremony

Be guided by Sarah through a deeply nourishing sauna ceremony where heat, steam and ritual come together.

Moving gently between warmth and cold, you’ll be supported with breath, scent and nature-based practices to soften the body and calm the mind.

Each ceremony is held as a personal, grounding experience, offering space to release, reconnect and simply be.

OUR MISSION

Olla Hiki Sauna is travelling around South West Cornwall from Spring to Winter, providing people with a wonderful experience of sweating whilst watching the ocean, rivers, trees or grazing cows on a field.

Our aim is to create a safe, welcoming and accessible space for EveryBODY whilst providing local communities and visitors of the South West an affordable way to incorporate the benefits of sauna culture into their wellness routine.
