What’s our cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your sauna session, this must be done with 48 hours notice (96hrs/4 days for events) to allow for the session to be re-advertised.

If you choose to cancel or reschedule with less than 48/96hours notice, you will not be refunded.
