As a mobile sauna, we are moving around a little bit depending on the time of the year.

From the 12th of February until the 30th of June we will be located again at our stunning sunset spot at

NORTH FISTRAL.

Watch surfers and waves whilst sitting on our hot sauna benches.

You will be able to enjoy all the wonderful healthy benefits of thermal and cold water therapy with us here!

From July till September we will be back at Bedruthan Steps Campsite tucked away from the business and noise of the Summer.

Perfect for finding calm and peace whilst watching our Cornish golden sunsets.
